CG30 grinder allows to resharpen your engraving and cutting tools.
It achieves a variety of shapes (see below) with an exceptional precision and quality.
Collets not included.
GRINDING WHEEL
The right grinding wheel depends on the cutter raw material to resharpen.
For carbide cutters, use diamond wheel and choose between the two particle sizes available:
• D16 (16 microns) for mirror finish.
• D46 (46 microns) for polish finish.
For steel cutters, use Corundum wheel
COLLET FOR CG30
Collet is a precision item used to accurately center the cutter to grind, it ensures a perfect sharpening.
CG30 grinder accepts 3 collet diameters: 3.17 mm (1/8’’), 4.6 mm (11/64’’) and 6.35 mm (1/4’’).
