Star lighters and compact mirrors are a budget products and to enable us to sell at such low prices they are exempt from return and sold as is. Some may have slight marks scratches or burnt copper inside looking like rust but none of these defects will affect the item from working. As such the goods are classed as fit for purpose and are non returnable.

Cancellations must be made prior to order being shipped

Any Shortages in a order must be reported within 48 Hours

All returns for faulty items must be returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange on next order

Any refused or failed deliveries which result in order being returned to our warehouse will be refunded less cost of shipping and return shipping fee.

Personalised Printed or Engraved items are exempt from return and refund

Delivery: All wholesale deliveries are based on comercial business premises any orders being delivered to a personal home address please make sure you are in to receive delivery as we can not be held responsible for any deliveries left on doorstep or left outside if no answer at the property Royal Mail DPD and FedEx may leave outside if not in to receive delivery.

All goods remain the property of Mr Fix It Grangemouth Ltd until paid for in full.

All faulty items need to be returned for inspection

Only Faulty goods can be returned within the 14 day returns period

Engraving Machine warranty

Gravograph have a 12 month on site standard warranty unless supplied with extended warranty

U-Marq have a standard 12 month return to base warranty

F-tech has a 12 month return to base warranty ( 6 Months Laser Source Warrranty RTB )

Used, Ex Demo & Discounted Machine are sold with a 3 month return to base warranty unless otherwise stated

Drop Ship Orders

Reselling of our drop ship items and selling our designs is only permited on own Website and Off Line Retail Outlets

We do not authorise any of our drop ship items or designs to be sold on Selling platforms Like Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Facebook, TikTok, Temu,  Not On The High Street, Woucher Etc.

Legal action will be taken against the seller if any of Our Designs or Drop Ship Items are sold on selling Platforms without our prior written consent.
